SHIPPING POLICY
Reba offers both standard and express postage. All items are shipped through Australia Post.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please expect extended delays over the Christmas/New Years period. Our website will have all relevant information if extended delays apply to your order.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Australia Post. Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we take no responsibility for your order and any delays/damage that may occur during shipping. Please refer to Australia Post for information on shipping delays.

RETURN POLICY
Reba Collection work towards ensuring our customers are 100% happy and satisfied with their purchase.
If you are unsure about the purchase made, or simply does not fit, Reba will accept refunds and exchanges for items within 20 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 20 days, so please ensure you check your item as soon as it arrives.
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees and must include proof of purchase in the parcel.
Returns and exchanges will only be excepted with prior approval via email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
To start a return, you can contact us via the 'Contact Us' page on our home screen. Please ensure the following is added to the comments:
1. Your order Number'
2. Reason for return
3. Prefer an exchange (what size) Or refund

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
